Robert Fancis Looney Jr, 36 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after he allegedly stole $35,000 in lottery tickets from the Maple Mini Shop.
Reports stated that the amount totaled 128 packs of tickets.
They were allegedly stolen by Looney while he was working at the store.
Looney is charged with felony theft by taking.
