Lannie Michelle Boatner, 43 of Rome, was arrested after police said they found her in possession of a glass smoking pipe and a syringe, both containing methamphetamine.
Reports stated that the items were found during a probable cause search at the Dollar General on Dean Avenue. Boatner is charged with possession of meth and possession of drug related objects
