Joseph Buck Jeter, 20 of Rome, was arrested this week at Floyd Medical Center after he was found drunk.
Reports said that police was called to the location after Jeter caused a disturbance by cursing and acting in a violent manner.
Police stated that when they arrived on scene they found him intoxicated and in possession of two alcoholic beverages.
Jeter is charged with public drunk, disorderly conduct and underage possession of alcohol.
