Mickey Edward Cain, 41 of Pleasant, was arrested this week after he allegedly yelled obscene and vulgar language at Floyd Hospital.
Reports added that Cain incited a breach of peace near sick patients after being told to stop numerous times.
Cain is charged with disorderly conduct.
