Henry Parrish Erwin IV, 50 of Lindale, was arrested this week after reports said he was found in possession of a glass smoking device containing suspected meth.
He was taken into custody at the intersection of Maple and Summit Roads.
Erwin is charged with meth possession, possession of drug related objects and failure to appear.
