Angela Sparks Robbins, 44 of Rome, was arrested for the second time in days this week after she allegedly caused over $500 in damages to another’s property on Maple Street.

Robbins is charged with felony second degree criminal damage to property.

PREVIOUS

Two Romans, Sterling Lester Rowland, 46, and Angela Sparks Robbins, 44, were arrested at their home on Johns Drive after an argument became physical.

Reports said that Rowland caused bruising to Robbins’ chest , neck and arm areas. Police went on to state that Robbins caused injury to Rowlands’ shoulder, bicep and face.

Reports added that both were intoxicated at the time of the altercation.

Both are charged with simple battery.
