Mauricio Perez-Vicente, 46 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he asked a girl under the age of 18 years- to perform oral sex on him.
Reports added that he offered the child $100 for the act.
Perez-Vicente is charged with solicitation of sodomy under 18 years of age.
