Irby Joe Trotter, 36 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he sold methamphetamine to a police informant.
Reports stated that Trotter sold the drugs to the informant back on December 29th at his home on Dean Avenue.
Trotter is charged with possession of meth, possession of meth with intent to distribute, and sale of methamphetamine.
