Joshua Day’Vaugh Jones, 24 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he damaged another man’s belongings.
Reports stated that the damage to the unspecified items totaled close to $250.
Officers went on to report that when they arrived on scene Jones began to act disorderly. They stated that he screamed in a loud and boisterous manner in public.
Jones is charged with two counts criminal trespass, five counts obstruction and disorderly conduct.
