Michael Todd Ingram, 52 of Rome, was arrested this week after he was allegedly captured on camera burglarizing a home on Canard Road.
Reports said that Ingram was captured on camera and took off when he noticed he was being filmed committing the burglary.
A search warrant was conducted at Ingram’s home and in the process leading investigators to find stolen lawn equipment, a checkbook, checkcard and other personal information.
Ingram is charged with first degree burglary.
