Nicholas Dimetrious Butts, 28 of Rome, was arrested at his Woodbine Avenue home after police said a search at his home led them to locate three firearms, in which he was not allowed to possess.

Reports said that Butts was banned from having guns after being convicted of a felony.

He is charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and felony probation violation.
