Floyd County Police arrested three people, Joshua Frederick Valdez, 38 of Rome, Alexis Leigh Gaylor, 38 of Silver Creek, and William Donald Garland Jr, 42 of Calhoun, were found to be in possession of methamphetamine, heroin and marijuana after Valdez was pulled over for driving on an expired tag. The traffic stop was conducted at the intersection of GA 53 at Tift Road.
Reports said Valdez and Garland were found with methamphetamine and marijuana.
Gaylor, a passenger, was allegedly found with a brick of heroin, methamphetamine and marijuana.
All three are charged with possession of meth and marijuana.
Valdez is additionally charged with operation of a vehicle without a valid decal.
Gaylor is additionally charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance.
