A fugitive out of Alabama, Jay Farrell Jones, 36 of Rome, was captured at his home on Simon Drive this week and is now facing additional charges here.
Reports said that while Jones was being taken into custody he was found with a glass smoking device under his bed.
Jones is charged with fugitive from justice, possession of drug related objects and probation violation.
