Two Rome women, Emertius Hutchinson, 37, and Jalisa Marshay Bell, 29, were arrested at a home on Northside Drive after getting into a physical altercation.
Reports said that Bell hit a woman numerous times before pulling her clothing. Hutchinson allegedly threw numerous punches, hitting one victim in the face.
The altercation occurred in front of several children.
Both women are charged with battery and cruelty to children.
