Juli Faith McCauley, 37 of Rome, was arrested this week after she allegedly was observed using strong profane language toward her 15 year-old daughter, repeatedly calling her stupid and telling her that no on likes her after threatening to shoot herself.
The incident occurred at a home on Crackerneck Road in Armuchee.
McCauley is charged with child cruelty in the first degree.
