Eddie Josue Poroj-Vicenete, 21 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found smoking marijuana with a 16 year-old girl on top of Lavender Trail.
Reports added that the child was his sister.
Poroj-Vicente is charged with possession of marijuana and contributing to delinquency of a minor.
