Kaviaus Relandez Seagraves Jr, 29 of Rome, was arrested this week after he allegedly hit another person in the face. Reports stated that the victim suffered swelling and redness to her upper lip.
The incident occurred in front of a child at a home on Rockmart Road.
Seagraves is charged with battery and cruelty to children.
