A homeless 28 year-old Rome man, Logan James Meyer, was arrested at the intersection of Martha Berry and Veterans Highway after police said they found him in possession of heroin in tin foil and multiple syringes.
Myer is charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug related objects.
