Cedreanesia Sinteria Evans, 26 of Rome, was arrested this week after she allegedly disturbed the peace on Nelm Street.
Reports said that Evans went outside an began yelling profanity while acting in a loud boisterous manner. She then refused to leave after being told to do so.
Reports added that the incident was witnessed in front of several grade school aged children.
Evans is charged with disorderly conduct.
