Melanie Michelle Goodwin, 53 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she used a hammer to smash a man’s car.
Police estimated that Goodwin caused over $1,300 in damages.
Reports said that the incident occurred on McCrary Drive.
Goodwin is charged with criminal damage to property.
