Gary Michael Jenkins, 56 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he spat on a nurse at Floyd Medical Center and then proceeded to say that he was going to “shoot and killer her”.
He was also found to be in possession during the course of the investigation.
Jenkins is charged with simple assault, terroristic threats and acts and possession of meth.
