Timothy Steven Beam, 50 of Rome, was arrested this week after he locked himself in a vehicle in order to prevent police from talking to him.
Reports stated that Beam ignored officer’s commands and then proceeded to lock himself inside a vehicle on Garden Avenue.
Beam is charged with obstruction of police.
