John Michael Ready, 30 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he went inside the McDonald’s on Shorter Avenue and threatened to shoot everyone inside the restaurant.
He then proceeded to spit on a 45 year-old woman.
Ready is charged with simple assault, terroristic threats and acts along with disorderly conduct.
