Richard Leigh Young, 54 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he told a woman that he would kill her if she ever called the police on him agai.
Reports added that the threat was heard aby another woman.
Young is charged with terroristic threats and acts.

Richard Leigh Young, 54 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he fired a gun while intoxicated at his home on Nowak Road.
Young is charged with discharging a firearm under the influence of alcohol.
