Rodney Shane McClarity, 39 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he broke into a home on Hill Minshew Road and stole keys to a truck and boat, along with numerous other items.
Reports said that McClarity then proceeded to steal a 2013 Ford F-150 and a 2000 Skeeter Bass Boat from the home back last July.
The boat was later found in pieces from a location on Economy Lane in August.
McClarity is charged with first degree burglary, theft by taking a motor vehicle and theft by receiving stolen property.
