Gary Dwayne Ingram, 39 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he assaulted a 23 year-old woman with kitchen utensils.
Reports stated that Ingram threw a kitchen drawer containing numerous utensils at the victim. He then proceeded to break a fish tank, kitchen chairs and other household items during the altercation.
Ingram is charged with simple assault, criminal trespass and probation violation.
