Dustin Michael Edwards, 22 of Rome, was arrested this week after police found him in possession of drugs while stopping him for speeding.
Reports said that Edwards was stopped on Ga 140 near Old Dalton Road for driving 63 in a 40 mile per hour zone.
After stopping officers located marijuana on Edwards.
He is charged with possession of marijuana and speeding.
