Al Douglas Donaldson, 35 of Rome, is facing felony charges after reports said he injured a police officer while they were placing him under arrest.
Reports said that Donaldson was preventing officers from performing their duties when the incident occurred.
Donaldson is charged with felony obstruction and willful obstruction of law enforcement.
