Jerry Parkerson Deems, 74 of Silver Creek, was arrested at his home on Abrams Road after authorities reported they found three explosive devices and a gun on his property during a search.
Deems is also listed as a convicted felon.
Deems is charged with three counts possession of a explosive device, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and probation violation.
