Jonathan Terell Hampton, 33 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said a traffic stop led office to find numerous drugs.
Authorities stated that after pulling Hampton over for speeding on Ga 20 near Biddy Road he admitted to having a suspended license.
It was then discovered that Hampton was wanted on an active warrant.
While being searched officers recovered numerous non-prescribed prescription pills, marijuana, a container of CBD from Gold Bee with a large amount of Delta 8 THC from Area52, and a glass pipe containing suspected methamphetamine.
Hampton is charged with speeding, possession of meth, possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of marijuana, driving on a suspended license, and probation violation.
