Jessica Lane Parks, 30 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after police said she placed man in fear of his wellbeing.
Reports stated that Parks charged toward the man in an effort to prevent him from recording. Reports did not indicate what the victim was attempting to record.
Parks is charged with simple assault family violence.
