Christopher Henry Chafin, 42 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he was found looking into a female’s window without her permission.
Reports stated that Chafin had been spotted looking into her windows once before being told not to do it again. The victim added that on the very same night he was spotted peeping in her windows again.
Chafin is charged with criminal trespass and peeping tom.
