Mya Renee Thrope, 19 of Rome, was arrested this week for shoplifting $739.28 worth of items from Kroger.
Reports said that Thrope stole the items back on October 6, but was able to escape arrest that day.
She was found during a traffic stop on Martha Berry and Old Dalton Road on Wednesday.
Officers went on to state that she was found in possession of marijuana and then proceeded to give officers a fake name to hid her identity.
Thorpe is charged with felony shoplifting, possession of marijuana and giving a fake name to police.
