Tansha Bretoyta Ragland, 26 of Rome, was arrested this week after she was allegedly found trespassing at a home on East 15th Street.
Reports added that while at the home she began to yell obscenities in front of children.
When officers arrived Ragland then failed to cooperate with officers and refused to place her hands behind her back.
Ragland is charged with criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and obstruction.
