Kimberly Gibson, 48, Joseph Ray Turley, 28, and Shirley Jeanette Smith, 42, all of Rome, were arrested after the execution of a search warrant at a home on Tower Road led officers to find multiple marijuana plants growing in containers as well as numerous other drugs and firearms.
All three are charged with three counts possession, manufacture or distribution of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and possession of drug related objects.
Turley and Smith are additionally charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, obstruction of law enforcement and probation violation.
