Larry Dewayne Justice, 51 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found violating his parole when officers located marijuana on him.
Reports stated that officers were dispatched to 2445 Kingston Highway in response to a suspicious person. Upon arrival they located Justice, while detecting the odor of marijuana. A search led officers to find the drug.
He is charged with parole violation and possession of marijuana.
