Timothy Jacob Morgan, 35 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he placed a 33 year-old woman under surveillance and then proceeded to follow her.
Reports went on to state that Morgan gained access to the woman’s hood compartment of her car and remove numerous wires, thereby disabling her vehicle.
Morgan is charged with stalking, entering an automobile with intent to commit a felony and knowingly driving on a suspended registration.
