Jessie Donovan Teal, 32 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he trafficked drugs from a location East 5th Avenue
Reports said that he was found with a large amount of methamphetamine, digital scales, packing materials, a glass smoking device and marijuana during the execution of a search warrant.
Teal is charged with drug trafficking, possession of meth, possession of meth with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug related objects.
