Ladory Kourtez Robinson, 41 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found with drugs following a wreck near SR 293 and Kingston Highway.
Reports said that a witness was driving behind Robison and reported that he failed to maintain his lane numerous times over a nearly 4 mile stretch. Reports added that Robison crashed into a ditch and police was dispatched.
When they arrived on scene they allegedly recovered a bag of marijuana inside the vehicle.
Robinson is charged with DUI, failure to maintain lane, driving on a suspended license, possession of marijuana and probation violation.
