Marcus Dwayne Ragland, 28 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said they found him in possession of a large amount of marijuana packaged for resale during a traffic stop on West 1st street.
Reports stated that Ragland was found in possession of numerous bags of marijuana, digital scales, and multiple sandwich bags after being stopped for a window tint violation.
Hew was also found to be driving on a suspended license.
Ragland is charged with possession of marijuana, distribution of marijuana, possession of drug related objects, driving on a suspended license and a window tint violation.
