Justin Keith Jones, 28 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said they found him passed out behind a business on Martha Berry Highway.
Reports said that upon approach officers said that found a synthetic marijuana cigarette. A search then led officers to locate a bag of the drug as well
Jones is charged with loitering and possession of synthetic marijuana.
