Michael Derik Pressley, 31 of Rome, was jailed this week after reports said he allegedly violated a court order when he went to a home and made contact with three children and a woman.
Reports added that the incident occurred back on September 7 of this year.
Pressley is charged with four counts aggravated stalking.
