Matthew Lee Owens, 20 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he engaged in sexual intercourse with a 14 year-old child.
Reports added that Owens also “committed immoral acts to the said victim, who is 14, with the intent to satisfy sexual desires”.
Owens is charged with child molestation, statutory rape and fornication.
