Phillip Andrew Erwin, 20 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said he was found illegally carrying a gun in his pants.
Reports said that the officer located the concealed weapon, in which he didn’t have a permit for, in the man’s waistband.
Erwin is charged with carrying a concealed weapon without a license.
