Monterryus Tyreshod Thompson, 25 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he kicked in a door to a home after being told to leave.
Reports said that Thompson caused less than $500 in damages during the act.
The incident to occurred back on September 10 of this year.
Thompson is charged with criminal trespass and probation violation.
