A Rome couple, Michelle Denise Kasonovitch, 49, and Peter Levance Kasonovitch, were arrested this week at their home after an altercation became physical in front of a child.
Reports said that Michelle placed her hands on Peter’s back as if she was going to shove him down a flight of stairs. That incident occurred in front of a small child.
Peter is accused of approaching Michelle in a manner that placed her in fear.
Peter is charged with simple assault.
Michelle is charged with simple battery and cruelty to children.
