Leonard William Klingbeil, 66 of Las Vegas, was arrested this week after reports said he hit a Rome man in the face during a dispute on Windrush Drive in Armuchee.
Reports stated that the attack caused the victim’s nose to bleed.
Klingbeil is charged with battery.
