Jasmine Marie Mullins, 27 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she smashed a glass container over her mother’s head.
Reports stated that the victim suffered a laceration and a knot to her head.
The incident occurred at a home on Thomas Bluff Road.
Mullins is charged with aggravated battery.
