Malachai Alexander Williams, 17 of Rome, turned himself in to the Floyd County Jail this week after being sought for a shooting that occurred in August on Calhoun Avenue.
Reports said that Williams discharged a firearm inside a vehicle with three occupants.
Police stated that Williams was identified though a surveillance camera.
