Derrick Chad Rudeseal, 36 of Rome, was arrested this week after he allegedly violated a conditional bond to stay away from his children’s mother.
Reports said that Rudeseal harassed the victim via text messages and in person. Police stated that Rudeseal sent messages stating that he “was going to see his children regardless of what their mother felt about it”. He went on to say that he “would fight any man that the victim may be seeing.”
Rudeseal then went to the victim’s home and caused a scene and refused to leave until the police were called.
Rudeseal is charged with aggravated stalking.
